Terms of Use
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These terms describe the basic rules for using Zoni Shop. By using the site, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, please do not use the marketplace.
1. Marketplace listings
Zoni Shop displays digital-product listings submitted by sellers. A listing should accurately describe what is being offered, how it will be delivered, and any applicable region, compatibility, or activation limits. Buyers should review those details and contact support if something is unclear.
Approved sellers may create a public shop profile and upload a shop logo and banner. Sellers must have the rights to use the images and descriptions they submit. Blue and Gold shop verification fees are paid in USDT on the BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) network only. A paid verification fee pays for administrator review and does not guarantee approval. The site does not collect identity documents through the badge request. Admins verify the transaction and activate an approved badge; rejected crypto payments are not refunded automatically and any refund must be handled manually outside the site. Admins may also change or remove a shop badge.
2. Authorized and lawful products
Users may not list or trade stolen goods, compromised accounts, unauthorized credentials, counterfeit items, or anything that violates applicable law or a third party's rights or service terms. Do not share passwords or other sensitive credentials through a public listing.
3. Wallets, orders, and manual payments
The main wallet is funded by an administrator recording funds received through a separate, external payment method. A buyer's top-up request, including a receipt/reference, does not itself prove payment or add wallet funds. The administrator must independently confirm receipt before approving a request and adding a wallet credit. The final price shown before purchase is the amount charged to the buyer's Zoni wallet. Seller proceeds and marketplace accounting are recorded internally. NOWPayments and other automatic payment providers are not connected.
Wallet orders are recorded as paid and completed immediately. Seller proceeds are held for 24 hours before becoming available for withdrawal. If a buyer files a dispute within the product's seller-selected 2, 4, 12, or 24-hour window, the proceeds remain held until the administrator resolves the case. Buyers may request a full refund to their Zoni wallet or a replacement. The administrator reviews requests; replacements are delivered manually by the seller. Automatic delivery verification and external-payment refunds are not provided.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details private and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. For security and support, the site records account creation and successful sign-in times, IP addresses, and country codes when available. Administrators may review these records. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit misleading or harmful content.
5. Listing and account actions
We may review, hide, or remove listings that appear to violate these terms, and may restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users or the site. Wallet credits, debits, orders, and withdrawal decisions are recorded in an account ledger. Contact support promptly about a suspected incorrect balance or transaction.
6. Site availability and liability
The site and its listings are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Zoni Shop does not warrant that the site will always be uninterrupted or that seller-provided information is complete or accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Contact
For questions or to report a listing, use the contact page. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.
